1. Principle :
Drop impact testing machine is suitable for various pipes (PVC-U water supply pipes, sewage pipes, low-pressure water supply pipes, low-pressure water supply pipes, core foam pipes, double-wall corrugated pipes, PE water supply pipes, MPP power pipes), plates. It is also suitable for the determination of the external impact resistance performance of rigid plastic plates. The product conforms to the industry standard JB/T9389 drop weight impact testing machine technical conditions and national standards GB/T14152, GB/T14153, GB/T6112; also meets GB/T5836, GB/T10002.1, GB/T10002.3, GB/T13664 , GB/T16800, GB/T18477, JB/T5125, JTT/529-2016 and other test method standards.

6. Test principle:
Install the pipe or profile to be tested on the workbench, adjust the height of the sample so that the upper surface of the sample is just at the lower edge of the photoelectric contrast system; select the hammer head and weight according to the national standard requirements, and combine the impact hammer; adjust the electromagnetic The height of the adsorption system, hang the hammer; point test; drop the impact hammer from a high place, observe the rupture of the pipe or profile, one or less indicates that the impact resistance of the pipe or profile is good, and more than one indicates that the impact resistance Impact performance is not good.
1.1 Turn on the power and open the sample protection door.
1.2 Install the impact sample and adjust the height of the sample so that the upper edge of the sample is just near the contact surface of the photoelectric system;
B .choose impact hammer:
① Select the hammer head model according to the standard requirements;
② Combine the impact hammer according to the standard requirements.
C. tests:
3.1 Adjust the height of the electromagnetic adsorption system, open the observation window, put the combined impact hammer into and adsorb it to the electromagnet;
3.2 Set the impact height;
3.3 Lift to the set height;
3.4 point test key;
3.5 The test results are given according to the damage of the samples;
